911 Evolution S 3.4

Based on the later G-series platform

A very popular specification of Rennsport with a great level of extras and additions.

Body

Carrera classic narrow body built in to the pre-1973 specifications with lightweight steel panels the same as the Porsche factory did all fabricated and fettled by hand. The only composite panels are the one piece lightweight bumpers. The paint is finished in period Porsche colour code Gulf Blue

Interior.

Very popular with the Evolution S is an upgrade of a classic style interior with Recaro classic seats and plenty of black Caledonian  Scottish Muirhead leather everywhere.

Engine

Rennsport 3.4 Litre high compression engine running with forged internals for extra strength and reliability.

The fuelling runs through independent throttle body engine management with a fully programmable engine management for fine tuning and reliability. In perfect road tune for this runs around 300bhp with extra reliability.

Transmission

The transmission is delivered from the Getrag G50 manual gearbox with synchro gears and hydraulic uprated clutch.

Suspension

Tracktive semi-active electronic damping system running with torsion bars front and rear. Very popular with many Rennsport builds with the ability to change the parameter settings from within the car. It takes out the harshness of an uprated suspension for comfort but delivers the traction when pushed thanks to its centrally mounted gravity sensor

Brakes

Upgraded to our Rennsport 6 piston billet alloy calipers with larger racing discs which just squeeze nicely behind 16” period wheels. The rears are matched with 4 piston billet alloy calipers.

Wheels

An upgrade version of the original Fuch wheel has been used with bespoke width of 7” wide on the front and 8” wide on the rear.

1979 911 3.0 SC Coupe - Demonstrator

Car #150, with its beautiful dark aubergine coachwork, is the first in a limited run of ten Rennsport ST-R vehicles. Built in 2023 and showcased at Goodwood Revival, it evolved with the help of car #151.

Inspired by the 1970s race car ST, Car #150 features widened bespoke Rennsport arches, fitting 11” rear and 9” front Fikse 3-piece rims. Its sleek design retains the classic look without added spoilers. Powered by the Rennsport 3.4-liter engine, it includes a forged steel crankshaft and high compression pistons, breathing through Rennsport stacks and AT Power throttle bodies. The close-ratio 5-speed transmission and Quaife limited-slip differential ensure maximum power delivery. Suspension is handled by semi-active Tracktive suspension, and braking by 6-piston billet callipers on large racing discs. The interior boasts luxurious leather and Rennsport GT touring seats.

Six of the ten cars have been pre-sold ahead of the official launch at Goodwood Revival 2024, highlighting its exclusivity.
